Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. House Rules: Please respect the peace and quiet of our lovely neighbors. If you have friends coming over, please make sure to wind things down by 10 PM and have most lights off and no loud noises after 11 PM. No parties or events. The definition of a "party" is that there is loud music or that neighbors will start calling and the cops will need to be dispatched and/or the home gets ruined. We will charge an additional $500 fine for parties or events being thrown. No pets allowed. We charge an additional $500 fine for pets in the home. No smoking allowed in the home. We charge an additional $500 fine for smoking in the home. Smoking outside is ok if you clean up all remains and properly dispose of in the trash. Please take care of furnishings. You have to pay for damages to the home, furniture, and missing or destroyed items. Do Not rearrange the furniture/mattresses or decor. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please use proper washcloths for makeup and do not bleach the towels. Trash Cans: The trash cans get collected and emptied by the trash company on Monday. If you are staying at the home on this day, we ask that you take the trash cans to the curb Sunday morning and bring them back in after they are picked up on Monday. CHECK OUT LIST: -Pick up all the trash throughout the house and put it in the outside trash can before you leave -Load the Dishes -Start a load of towels -Please respect check in and check out times *We do a thorough inspection + cleaning after each guest and you will be charged if anything is damaged, gone missing, or any of these rules violated. If you would like to check in early or check out late, we can often adjust time by 2 hours (not always). This involves us moving guest/cleaner schedules, so we charge and extra $40 for this service. We do not allow pets. However, if you have a service animal, we charge an extra cleaning fee of $150 for one service animal and $50 for each additional service animal. PLEASE CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ THESE RULES SO WE CAN SEND THE ACCESS CODE TO OUR HOME.

Trevor was a great host, being very responsive to my messages and even flexible with us about checking in when our son's college tour ended earlier than expected. The location is quiet and far enough out that you avoid alot of traffic, yet close enough to tons of restaurants and shopping.

Trevor’s place was a great experience! There were plenty of places to sleep for our group of 14, the neighborhood was peaceful with beautiful surroundings, and we had a great time with the ping pong table!

My son was graduating from Fort Jackson so a bunch of us came from Va to support. The house is stunning and had enough entertainment to keep everyone busy. Games, ping pong, arcade game, x box. The host are soo nice. Military families this place is perfect 30 minutes from Jackson, large enough for a big family and priced so that it does not break the bank.
