House Rules: Please respect the peace and quiet of our lovely neighbors. If you have friends coming over, please make sure to wind things down by 10 PM and have most lights off and no loud noises after 11 PM. Check-Out Time is 10 am. Check-In Time is 4 pm. No parties or events. The definition of a "party" is that there is loud music or that neighbors will start calling and the cops will need to be dispatched and/or the home gets ruined. We will charge an additional $500 fine for parties or events being thrown. No pets allowed. We charge an additional $500 fine for pets in the home. No smoking allowed in the home. We charge an additional $500 fine for smoking in the home. Smoking outside is ok if you clean up all remains and properly dispose of in the trash. Please take care of furnishings. You have to pay for damages to the home, furniture, and missing or destroyed items. Do Not rearrange the furniture/mattresses or decor. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please use proper washcloths for makeup and do not bleach the towels. Trash Cans: The trash cans get collected and emptied by the trash company on Friday. If you are staying at the home on this day, we ask that you take the trash cans to the curb Thursday morning and bring them back in behind the gates in the back corner of the yard after they are picked up on Friday. CHECK OUT LIST: -Pick up all the trash throughout the house and put it in the outside trash can before you leave -Load the Dishes -Start a load of towels -Please respect check in and check out times *We do a thorough inspection + cleaning after each guest and you will be charged if anything is damaged, gone missing, or any of these rules violated. If you would like to check in early or check out late, we can often adjust time by 2 hours (not always). This involves us moving guest/cleaner schedules, so we charge and extra $40 for this service. We do not allow pets. However, if you have a service animal, we charge an extra cleaning fee of $150 for one service animal and $50 for each additional service animal. PLEASE CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ THESE RULES SO WE CAN SEND THE ACCESS CODE TO OUR HOME.

We stayed at Trevor’s place for my daughter’s graduation from USC. It was a great location and the house was clean with plenty of room. We had fun playing ping pong 😊. Trevor communicated well and we would def recommend!

Our home is centrally located in Columbia, so you can easily get to most places you will need to during your stay. There are spots for 2 cars in the driveway, plus additional parking available in the street. For those interested in history and culture, the South Carolina State Museum and the Columbia Museum of Art are only a short drive away. Additionally, the historic South Carolina State House is located downtown, providing a glimpse into the state's rich history. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Congaree National Park offers a variety of trails and scenic views, while Riverfront Park is an ideal spot for leisurely walks or picnics by the river. If shopping is on your agenda, there are several shopping centers nearby, offering a variety of stores to meet your needs. The local grocery store is just X miles away for all your day-to-day essentials.
